Il Paradiso - a former 16th century farm - now converted into one holiday house and 5 holiday flats.
Swimming pool (13x7m) set in a large garden. Marvellous view towards Trevi and Valle Umbria. Lavishly renovated,
and furnished lovingly in great detail. There are many restaurants and Pizzeria etc.
It consists of one holiday house and 5 holiday flats, all entrances face a large inner courtyard were you will find several
seating areas, and a spot for a barbecue.
From there you can get to the marvellous swimming pool (13 x 7 m) which is located at a lower level protected
by a traditionally laid rock wall.
From all flats you have a marvellous view towards Trevi, and into the valley Valle Umbria.
The flats were lavishly renovated, and furnished lovingly in great detail.
Marvellously restored furniture from the family property have been integrated.
Those who know the unloving way in which the typical Italian holiday homes usually are furnished, will be enthusiastic
about the tastefully and stylishly furnished flats, which is reflected eg. by the lovely pastel-colored walls, high-grade bathrooms,
purposefully employed illumination elements and spotlights.
Il Paradiso
ist eine ehem. Fattoria aus d. 16. Jh. neu restauriert m. Pool und herrlicher Aussicht
es liegt liegt nur wenige Minuten von der kleinen Hügelstadt Trevi entfernt, am Rande eines kleinen Dörfchen daß sich seine
mittelalterlichen Charakter bis heute bewahrt hat.
Es ist eine ehem. Fattoria aus dem 16. Jh. , die bis 1980 bewirtschaftet wurde.
Hier wurde überwiegend Olivenöl und Schafskäse produziert.
So können Sie heute noch die Ölmühle die sich im orginalzustand befindet besichtigen.
Das Anwesen wurde in den Jahren 2000 bis 2005 umgebaut und restauriert.
Es besteht aus einem Ferienhaus und 5 Ferienwohnungen, die Eingänge gehen alle auf einen großen Innenhof in dem es verschiedene
Sitzplätze und einen Grillplatz gibt.
Von dort geht es über einige Terassen zum großen, herrlichen Pool (13x7) der etwas unterhalb geschützt von einer Natursteinmauer liegt.
Die Wohnungen wurden aufwendig restauriert, liebevoll mit vielen Details versehen. Wunderschöne restaurierte Möbel aus Familienbesitz
haben dort ihren Platz gefunden, Sie haben von überall einen schönen Ausblick ins Valle Umbra.
Wer die übliche , teilweise lieblose ital. Ferienhaus Standartausstattung kennt, wird begeistert sein über die sehr geschmackvolle und stilsicher
ausgestatteten Wohnungen , was sich z.B. in wunderschönen pastellfarbenen Wänden , edlen Badezimmern, zielsicher eingesetzten
Beleuchtungselementen und Spots, sowie in hochwertigen Küchenzeilen und in schönem und bequemen Sitzmobiliar zeigt.

ist für 6 Erwachsene +2 Kinder, geht über mehrere Ebenen, hat einen Wohnraum mit Küche und einen schön gemauerten Kamin,
die Küchenzeile ist modern und gut ausgestattet, ebenfalls in dem Wohnbereich gibt es eine Schlafcouch f. 2 Pers.
Casa Contadino hat 2 Bäder, eines davon mit Badewanne ausgestattet, 3 Doppelbett Schlafzimmer , einen kleinen Durchgangsraum
in dem ein Einzelbett steht. Von dort kommt man auch auf den Aussichtsturm, der eine überdachte Terrasse mit grandioser Aussicht hat.
Dieser Turm ist nur für die Mieter von Contadino zugänglich.

Flußsteinen gemauert.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet Platz für 3 Personen.
Im gesamten Haus sind die Fußböden mit original alten Terracottasteinen gefließt.
