Among these sevenhundred olive trees, in a unique and sunny position, there also was an old decadent house with outbuildings. It can be presumed that the central part of the house which has been preserved in its original brick construction, dates back to the end of the 15th century when it has been used as a country chapel. At the beginning of the last century it has been enlarged transforming the whole structure into a farm which has now been accurately restored maintaining its original style and thus giving rise to our holiday farm-house "Fiordaliso". Um Trevi herum wird hauptsächlich der Olivenanbau gepflegt und mit Erfolg betrieben, da auf diesem Boden ein Olivenöl allerhöchster Qualität gedeiht; aber auch die Weinproduktion - besonders die des bekannten Rosso di Montefalco und des Sagrantino.                                                                                  Trevi selbst ist ein kleines, mittelalterliches Städtchen mit verschlungenen Gässchen und zauberhaften Winkeln und Ecken. Im Dom San Emiliano aus dem 12.Jahrhundert, der im Laufe der Jahrhunderte umgestaltet wurde und der 1893 seine jetztige Form erhielt, sind drei sehr schöne Apsiden der ursprünglichen Konstruktion erhalten. Im Innern ist der Sakramentsaltar von Rocco da Vicenza sehenswert (1522). Die gotische Kirche San Francesco aus dem 13. Jahrhundert beherbergt Fresken aus dem 14. und 15. Jahrhundert, während in der Pinakothek, die sich in dem Museumskomplex befindet, eine wertvolle Sammlung umbrischer Malerei untergebracht ist.   Trevi, das 1784 von Papst Pio XI. den Stadttitel erhielt, gehört aufgrund seiner einmaligen Lage auf dem Hügel und seiner reichen geschichtlichen Vergangenheit zu den typischsten Städten Umbriens. Zwischen Trevi und unserem Landhaus liegt die sehenswerte Kirche Madonna delle Lacrime (Ende 5.Jahrhundert), in der u.a. das letzte Werk des Perugino (1521) "Anbetung der Heiligen Drei Könige mit den Heiligen Petrus und Paulus" zu bewundern ist.   In Bovara, 2 km südlich von Trevi, befindet sich die romanische Kirche S.Pietro (12.Jh.). deren Presbyterium, Chor und Seitentore aus dem 16. Jahrhundert sehenswert sind. In Borgo Trevi ist die Kirche S. Vincenzo Ferrieri zu besichtigen, während in der Nähe der Via Flaminia, Richtung Foligno, die dreischiffige Kirche S. Maria di Pietrarossa mit Votivfresken aus dem 14. und 15. Due to its central position, the many tourist itineraries of great interest can furthermore be reached within a few minutes.                                                                   The owner has an individual Ölmühle, you can like to try Trevi his/its olive-oil in the villa extravergine.    The olive-harvest begins end of Octobers, the olives are picked with the hand and then to the mill are brought,                                      Der Besitzer hat eine eigene Ölmühle, Sie können in der Villa Trevi gerne sein Olivenöl extravergine probieren. Die Olivenernte beginnt Ende Oktober, die Oliven werden mit der hand gepflückt und dann zur Mühle gebracht,          wo sie auch gleich weiterverarbeitet werden. das ist sehr wichtig um den Säuregehalt des Öl niedrig zu halten.
