The lovely 16h century natural stone house containing two flats is situated in the center of an Italian mountain village. Two years ago it was completely renovated and provides a beautiful view of the "Valle Umbra".

The pool lies in a sheltered location directly beneath the terrace and has a direct view of the wonderfully situated Trevi, as well as the adjacent Montefalco.

each appartments with 1 double bedroom and 1 double bed in the livingroom for 2 to 4 persons.

The swimming pool is well suited for sensitive guests as it is biologically run without the addition of chlorine.

Both flats are heated and have air conditioning.

In both well-equipped kitchens there is a cooker with four rings and an extractorfan/hood.

The pool is below the terrace, with direct view on the very beautifully situated Trevi,

is in protected situation just as on the Montefalco lying across the way,

The pool is been suitable particularly for sensitive people, without chlorinates,

is driven biologically.

The flats have been tastefully furnished with high quality furniture. During the restoration of the rooms portions of the natural stone wall were exposed, adding to the rustic/antique character of the flats. The bathrooms have showers and bidets.

The apartments has aircon In the price we include all electricity, gas, water, linen and local taxes and

central heating.

The once only charge for the final cleaning is €50.

The kitchens are has equipped one 4 flames stove with departure-bonnet.
